Are You Festival and Concert Ready?

Festival and outdoor concert season is upon us and the biggest question that seems to come up is 'What in the world should I wear??". Never fear, Sage is here to help! Here in HOTlanta it is going to be an unbelievably hot and humid summer. The #1 rule is to make sure you are going to cute and comfortable. Below we have put together some of our favorite festival outfits as well as a list of some of the big concerts and festivals that are coming up. :)

Play it cool in this open knit sweater with fringe and add a pop of color with these fabulous high rise cut off shorts in cerise. Wear a flat, or if you are brave wear a wedge to elongate the legs. A Spring fedora completes this look.

A light weight strapless dress is always a great choice if you are going to be outside in the heat. We especially love the bright colors on this dress. Add a cross body bag in a fun color to store all the necessities-cell phone/camera, money and lip gloss. Throw on a hat to shield your face from the sun and a pair of platforms and you are good to go!

We are obsessed with this jumpsuit!! It is so comfortable you may as well be rocking your pajamas!! Add stacks of bangles and big hoops for an all day jam fest.
Tribal print, embroidered jumpsuit $69

Here are a few of the many festivals and concerts that we are looking forward to here in Atlanta:
-Atlanta Food & Wine Festival 5/10-5/13
-Sweet Auburn Springfest  5/11-5/13
-Atlanta Jazz Festival 5/26-5/28
-Virginia Highland Summerfest 6/2-6/3
-99X Unplugged in the Park (every Sunday @ Park Tavern) 5/6-9/30

Summertime Layering

Summertime is right around the corner and the season will be bringing it's sunshine and hot tempatures with it. We will start seeing summer styles with low neck lines, open arm holes, and open backs, leaving you in need of layering basics! We just received a TON of great seamless tanks, bandeaus, and cami's that will be sure to get you through the summer feeling cool and comfortable.

These half cami's are awesome for warmer days when you need some coverage but don't want to be hot in a full length camisole. One size fit's all.  Half Tank $16

We cannot get enough of these one size fit's all racerback tanks! They are seamless and fit great under any top as a layering piece or you can wear them alone and accessorize with a fun scarf or necklace. Racerback Tank$26

We also have the seamless tanks in a regular cut (no racerback) and the colors are awesome!! Seamless Tank $26

We have carried these lace tanks forever and we can never keep them in stock for very long. The ruching detail is super flattering on and they always come in the best colors. One size fits all Lace Seamless Cami $26

Last but certainly not least... every girl needs a Nubra in the summer! It's a stick-on reusable bra that is strapless and backless making it perfect for any sheer and/or open style you might be rocking this summer. We have them available in nude and black and they come in sizes, A B C and D! Nubra $32

Trend: High-Low Hem

Be playful with your hemlines this season with the high-low trend. In case you're still in the dark about what a "high-low" is... it's a shirt, dress, or skirt that cuts higher in the front and is longer in the back. This hemline is a statement maker so keep the rest of your outfit simple and add an awesome shoe to show off the high-low hems on skirts and dresses! Adding a new silhouette to your wardrobe is a great way of sprucing up your Spring style; here are some pretty options that will keep you on track with this trend:

Festival Ready

Coachella is this weekend and keeping up with the latest news and fashion of the event is making us all very excited for festival season. We can't wait to put on our best easy breezy festival duds and enjoy the sunny days, live music, and care free attitude atomsphere. We just got in a huge shipment with tons of festival options, here are our favorite picks of the bunch:

Can't get enough of this tribal print hi-lo dress! Add a fringe bag and a cute wedge to show off and you will be set for any festival this season.
Aztec Print hi-lo maxi dress, $65

This strapless dress might as well just say "festival ready!" The print is awesome and the best part is the peacock feather tassle...love it!! Accessorize with a small straw bag and fedora to keep cool and pull the whole look together.

Stay tuned for more new arrivals next week!

What to Wear to a Baseball Game

You know Spring has arrived when you are enjoying happy hour on the patio, weekend festivals at the park, and best of all-baseball games! Nothing beats a good ol' all-American baseball game: hot dogs, ice cold beer, and cheering on your favorite team. Whether you are going with a group of friends or a date, the question often arises of what to wear. These games tend to be long and once summer rolls around it can be very hot. Here are a couple options we came up with, one more casual than the other. And don't forget, the number one rule is to make sure you are comfortable. You can switch out the colors for your favorite team, we of course had to go with our Atlanta Braves colors. :)

We love this Dang Proud tee ($38) from local t-shirt company Dang Chicks. The same t-shirt was worn on The View by Elisabeth Hasselbeck! This is definitely a casual and easy look.

This is a great date option. The red Miss Me top ($64) is extremely comfortable and has knot details on the shoulders and back making it slightly dressier than a simple tee. Throw on some super soft white flare jeans from !iT ($96) and to complete the look add a hat representing your favorite team (your date will love it!).
