New Year, New Fashion

- Happy January from our team at Sage -

With a new year comes new fashion.
Check out Pantone's colors of 2016:

The Pantone Color Institute has chosen Rose Quartz (a dusty, pale, pink) and Serenity (muted, tranquil blue) as 2016's colors. We will be seeing these hues everywhere from fashion, home decor, beauty and more this year!

Take a peak at some fashion on the runway and how we can't wait to embrace these two tones.

Although these are softer tones, we will see these shades work well for all seasons. The soft tones will translate well as pastel colors in the spring and remain muted for winter fashion as well.

Take a look at all of our favorite inspo photos for Rose Quartz and Serenity Blue

We are naturally most excited to see how designers are going to translate these colors into the fashion world and what styles we will be picking out for our store. We already can tell they will pair well with florals, nude color pallets, and even soften up harsher colors. Rose quartz and serenity blue will be making a statement in many understated ways.

These shades are contrasting, yet complimentary to each other as well. Whether it's a new beauty product, home decor piece, or the color of my handbag, I think it's safe to say we welcome our two chosen colors this year!
